miss在這里做動(dòng)詞,是“想念,?惦記”的意思。
miss做動(dòng)詞還可以有“錯(cuò)過(guò);漏掉”的意思。
2. 這里beat指(音樂(lè)、詩(shī)歌等的)主節(jié)奏、節(jié)拍。
3. 這里intend to do sth表示“打算做某事”。intend指在心中已有確定的目標(biāo)或計(jì)劃, 作“盤(pán)算, 意想”解, 比plan的語(yǔ)氣強(qiáng)。
“打算做… / 計(jì)劃做…”句型包括以下:
intend / plan to do 打算做…
be going to do 打算/計(jì)劃做…?

4. fetch 作動(dòng)詞,意為“(去)拿來(lái)”。
bring 表示“拿來(lái);帶來(lái)”, 指從別處拿過(guò)來(lái), 有時(shí)還可指由說(shuō)話者隨身帶著(去某處),可以包括“帶走”; take 表示“拿走;帶走”, 指從此處拿出去。
fetch表示“去拿來(lái)”; carry則指“隨身帶著”, 不強(qiáng)調(diào)方向,表示“攜帶、背著、運(yùn)送、搬扛”等意思。
bring 和 take 都表示單程,只是方向相反,而fetch則表示一往一返。
5. raise 在這里是動(dòng)詞,意為“舉起”。
raise還有“提起,使升高,引起,揚(yáng)起,提高,增加,籌款,召集,提出,養(yǎng)育”之意。
raise是及物動(dòng)詞,后面一定要加賓語(yǔ);而rise是不及物動(dòng)詞,后面不能加賓語(yǔ)。
