設計意圖:通過歌曲問候方式調(diào)動學生的注意力,拉近師生間距離,輕松愉快完成課前問候。引入A.B小組的合作機制,激發(fā)學生參與活動的積極性,同時培養(yǎng)了學生的競爭意識。對舊知的鞏固復習為新課的呈現(xiàn)做好鋪墊。

設計意圖:通過簡筆畫,在畫出一只貓型風箏的過程中教授新單詞“kite”并讓學生在老師引導下初步感知句型:“Is it a ...?Yes, it is/ No, it isn't.”。通過多媒體課件中單詞的
6、音標標識以及繞口令區(qū)別練習Cat 和 Kite 兩個單詞。對這兩個單詞的反復練習,旨在讓學生能夠感知這兩個詞發(fā)音的相似性從而引導學生理解活動1中Daming 與 Sam 之間發(fā)生誤會的原因。通過PPT圖片仿照活動1的情形進行新句型的學習,使學生深刻理解文本內(nèi)容并初步學習了新句型,為課文的學習打下良好的基礎。

設計意圖:利用學生好奇的心理,設計與課文類似的情境,通過語境教學,在完成怪物形風箏的簡筆畫過程中,層層導入與課文相關的目標語句,進而讓學生在語境中充分感知目標語言的使用含義。接著讓學生帶著疑問“What's that?”觀看錄像,解開疑團。之后,通過老師帶讀,男女分角色問答,兩個大組分角色朗讀,完整回顧文本中兩個小女孩對落在樹林后的事物所做的猜測。最后達到全班熟練朗讀課文。

設計意圖:采用有趣的Guessing game 符合目標語句的語境,首先讓學生根據(jù)老師出示的殘缺的圖片猜測物品,進而鞏固了對猜測的肯定與否定回答。然后讓一名學生自選一張教學圖片藏其身后,其他學生按小組對該圖片進行猜測,每組三次機會,這樣便鞏固了目標語句“Is it a...”對物品的推斷。通過游戲活動的開展真正使學生體驗“玩中學,學中玩”的英語課。
