3、...........(Ending) Yours faithfully， 手寫簽名 2主要內(nèi)容 1.寫信動機(jī)：通常求職信是針對報紙上招聘廣告而寫的。假設(shè)此，信中須提到何月何日的報紙，有時工作時機(jī)是從朋友或介紹所聽來的，有時寫信人不知某機(jī)構(gòu)、公司有工作時機(jī)，毛遂自薦。不管哪一種，求職信上一定要說明寫信的緣由和目的。 2.自我介紹：寫信人應(yīng)述明自己的年齡或出生年月、教育背景，尤其與應(yīng)征職位有關(guān)的訓(xùn)練或教育科目、工作經(jīng)歷或特殊技能。如無實際經(jīng)歷，略述在學(xué)類似經(jīng)歷亦可。 3.結(jié)尾：希望并請求未來的雇主允以面談的時機(jī)，因此信中要說明可以面談的時間。 4.附件：這局部視具體情況而定，如有詳

4、細(xì)的簡歷或用人單位需要的材料附在求職信中時，需要注明。 3特點及要求 1.求職信要有針對性。針對不同企業(yè)不同職位，求職信的內(nèi)容要有所變化，側(cè)重點有所不同，使對方覺得你的經(jīng)歷和素質(zhì)與所聘職位要求相一致，因為外企招聘所需要的不是最好的員工，而是最適合其所聘工作的人。 2.外企求職信中不要流露出不自信的思想，外企忌諱的是不自信，這與中國傳統(tǒng)的“謙虛是美德〞略有不同，在寫外企求職信中，不必太謙虛，應(yīng)充分強(qiáng)調(diào)啟己的長處和技能，對自己較重要的經(jīng)歷和實踐要較詳細(xì)的表達(dá)。 3.要本著老實不欺的原由，不能無中生有，自吹自擂。因為西方人認(rèn)為老實守信是一個人的第一美德。 4.在寫外企求職信中，經(jīng)注意寫“若
