JA-3剪銷安全閥結(jié)構(gòu)如上圖所示。當(dāng)壓力
4、高出額定知時(shí)，（3）活塞升起，頂起剪切板（10）以剪短剪切銷（11）從而快速排空壓力。
JA-3剪銷安全閥靠改變剪切銷的位置進(jìn)而達(dá)到排出壓力的效果，操作簡(jiǎn)單。
所標(biāo)示的壓力被可在剪切板上。當(dāng)要調(diào)節(jié)壓力時(shí)，只要把剪切銷插到相對(duì)應(yīng)的孔里即可。注意，一個(gè)剪切銷只允許插入一個(gè)剪切板中。缸套尺寸同剪銷安全閥壓力變化相關(guān)。禁止使用鐵絲，焊條或替他物質(zhì)代替。那將安全閥壓力受到影響而引發(fā)事故。

6、ear pin into the relative hole when you want to adjust the operation pressure. Note, only one shear pin is allowed to insert in shear board. Liner size is changed relatively adjust the relief valve pressure. The use of steel wire, welding rod or other materials is forbidden. That will effect pressure of relief valve and cause the accident.
