課前準備
教師準備教學課件、單詞磁卡、磁條、交通燈、交警
3、帽、交警手套、反光背心、給學生的貼畫。學生準備手工制作的交通燈。

Step 1 Warm up
Greeting:Hi,children.
Step 2 Lead in
把教室前方布置出兩個十字路口,導出本課要學習的交通燈。
T: Look !(黑板右側呈現(xiàn)不用種類和顏色的燈。)What are they?
Ss: They are lights.(強調單詞lights的復數(shù))
T: Yes. There are three lights.然后用黃紅綠三色粉筆依次重點標注黃紅綠三個單詞的元音部分。 同時張貼traffic lights。

4、Today we are going to talk about the traffic lights.
設計意圖:利用簡筆畫教學,生動,有趣,直觀,吸引學生的學習興趣和注意力。初步讓學生進入英語學習氛圍。回顧所學顏色知識為新課做好句型和情景鋪墊。
Step 3 Presentation
1. Learn about “traffic lights”.
T: Look at the traffic lights.出示課件 What colour are they?
Ss: Red, yellow and green.
2. Learn “traffic rules”

Ss: ... (學生用中文描述。)
T: Enjoy a song,please.What do they mean in English?
依次講解黃燈,紅燈和綠燈。
1)It’s a yellow light. Look at the yellow car.用小汽車減速的動畫讓學生理解slow down and stop.(引導學生找出ow的發(fā)音規(guī)則,然后做音標手勢,理解短語slow down,排火車讀。)
2) It’s a red light. We must stop and wait.(
6、出示Stop和wait,帶讀,強調ai的發(fā)音,個別檢查讀。)
3)It’s a green light. It means go.
(2)Listen to the tape and follow it.(播放錄音,跟讀交通規(guī)則。)
設計意圖:讓學生整體感知,通過視頻明白不同顏色交通燈的含意,視聽結合學習。
(3) Play a game.Let's PK.比比誰的發(fā)音準。獎勵有關交通工具的貼畫。
(4) Learn the traffic rules.帶上白手套用手勢教,然后讓學生小組練習后展示。
(5) Read the chant together.
設計意圖:寓教
7、于樂。用游戲,手勢操和chant方式鞏固交通規(guī)則,加強學生對重點知識的理解。

Ss: No. They must stop and wait.(理解單詞,帶感情讀句子)
(2) Listen to the tape and follow it.
(3) Read the dialogue in pairs.

設計意圖:學生小組表演并給出評價。做到學以致用,靈活應用所學內容。對學生在學習的過程中進行德育的滲透,使學生獲得知識的同時陶冶情操。
