年產(chǎn)1000噸硫酸鋁車間工藝設計
——立式攪拌反應釜的工藝設計
摘 要:硫酸鋁是重要的基礎鋁鹽,已廣泛應用于造紙,水處理,染色的媒染劑、凈化脂肪等行業(yè)。本文在綜述了硫酸鋁的性質(zhì)、用途、生產(chǎn)方法、市場供需情況及發(fā)展前景的基礎上,主要介紹了以高嶺土為原料年產(chǎn)1000噸硫酸鋁的車間生產(chǎn)工藝過程中,用以生產(chǎn)硫酸鋁的立式攪拌反應釜的設計。本設計根據(jù)反應物的特性所選用內(nèi)襯耐酸瓷板反應釜。根據(jù)物料衡算和熱量衡算,對反應釜工藝尺寸及其附屬設備的進行了計算,從而能夠在適當?shù)牡墓に嚄l件下實現(xiàn)硫酸鋁的生產(chǎn)。

Abstract: Aluminum sulfate is an important basic aluminum salt, which has been widely used in papermaking, water treatment, dyeing mordant, purification fat and other industries. This paper is based on the general description of the nature, purpose, method of production, and market supply ,demand situation and the development prospects of aluminum sulfate. It mainly shows the design of the Vertical stirred tank reactor during the process of workshop, the production of kaolin as raw materials with an annual output of 1,000 tons of aluminum sulfate. This program chooses Lined with acid-resistant porcelain reactor according to the characteristics of the reactants. It according to the material balance and heat balance of the reactor geometries, its ancillary equipment are calculated, allowing the appropriate process conditions to achieve the production of aluminum sulfate.
