KD1060型貨車驅(qū)動(dòng)橋設(shè)計(jì),kd1060,貨車,驅(qū)動(dòng),設(shè)計(jì) 車輛與動(dòng)力工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 KD1060型貨車驅(qū)動(dòng)橋設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 驅(qū)動(dòng)橋主要包括驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼、主減速器、差速器和兩個(gè)后橋半軸，本次設(shè)計(jì)后橋?yàn)轵?qū)動(dòng)橋。驅(qū)動(dòng)橋是汽車傳動(dòng)系主要總成之一，具有承載車身和驅(qū)動(dòng)汽車的功用。 根據(jù)本次設(shè)計(jì)的車型和技術(shù)參數(shù)要求及現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平，為降低生產(chǎn)成本，使該車具有良好的燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性，操縱性和結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單的特點(diǎn)，決定本次設(shè)計(jì)采用以下形式:差速器為普通對(duì)稱式圓錐齒輪差速器；半軸的形式為全浮式半軸；驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼為焊接整體式橋殼。作為非斷開式驅(qū)動(dòng)橋。 因此驅(qū)動(dòng)橋設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)當(dāng)滿足如下基本要求： 1. 所選擇的主減速比應(yīng)能保證汽車具有最佳的動(dòng)力性和燃料經(jīng)濟(jì)性； 2. 外形尺寸要小，保證有必要的離地間隙； 3. 齒輪及其它傳動(dòng)件工作平穩(wěn)，噪聲小； 4. 結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，加工工藝性好，制造容易，拆裝，調(diào)整方便。 在說明書的計(jì)算部分，說明了主要參數(shù)選擇的依據(jù)，對(duì)主減速器，差速器，半軸和驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼進(jìn)行了尺寸和強(qiáng)度計(jì)算。此外，還計(jì)算了主減速器支撐軸承的壽命。本文提供了關(guān)于以上計(jì)算的詳細(xì)計(jì)算依據(jù)、步驟和計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)。 關(guān)鍵詞：驅(qū)動(dòng)橋，主減速器，差速器，半軸  DRIVING AXLE DESIGN OF KD1060 TRUCK ABSTRACT The driving axle includes a shell of drive axle,a main decelerator, a differentional, and two axle shafts. The rear axle acts as the driving axle in this project. The rear axle is an important component of the truck, which is used to bear the frame and drive the truck. According the design of the car and the ability of the manufacture technology at the present,in order to deciline the cost of the production and make sure the car had a better quality and proper price，The type of the design as follow:the common symmetric conic gear differentional;the floating axle shaft;the welding banjo axle housing driving axle case. So it needs some basic requirement to design. 1. We should choose suitable gear ratio ,so that we can get best dynamic property and fuel economy in giving special conditions; 2 .The small overall dimensions of vehicle can be sure enough ground clearance ; 3 .The gear and other driving parts work no vibration and noise ; 4 .The structure should be simple and the technological efficiency should be good .It also should be easy to repair and adjust . The calculation section of this paper is mainly concerning about the physical dimension of the gear of the main drive, the diff, the driving axle, the driving axle housing and the strength of them. In addition, the life of the bearing of the main drive is also calculated in this section. Majority of computations basis, the step and the estimated data for these project are advanced in paper.
