摘 要
由于科技的進(jìn)步和人們生活水平的提高,生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和產(chǎn)品的更新,鋼材不斷提高產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量,提高生產(chǎn)率,降低原材料和能源的消耗及產(chǎn)品的成本提出了更高的要求。這也是和軋鋼設(shè)備制造水平有關(guān)的重型機(jī)械制造和自動(dòng)控制等科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展有密切關(guān)系.,
本文首先對設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行了介紹;并介紹了電動(dòng)機(jī)的選擇方法、箱體的設(shè)計(jì)、軸的設(shè)計(jì)、齒輪的設(shè)計(jì)、鍵的選擇等,然后簡要介紹了減速器裝配的一些相關(guān)知識及技術(shù)說明;最后列出了設(shè)計(jì)過程中翻閱及參考過的文獻(xiàn)。

Abstract
As a result of the technical progress and the people living standard enhancement, the production equipment and the product renewal, the steel products enhance the volume of output and the quality unceasingly, enhances the productivity, reduced raw material and the energy consumption and the product cost set a higher request.This also is and the rolling mill equipment manufacture level related heavy duty machinery manufacture and the automatic control and so on the science and technology development has the close relation. This article first has carried on the introduction to the design proposal; And introduced the electric motor choice method, the box body design, the axis design, the gear design, the key choice and so on, then introduced briefly the reduction gear assembles some correlation knowledge and technical order; Finally has listed in the design process glances through and has referred the literature.
