摘要
本文就如何應用先進技術設計制造注塑模具，更新設計注塑模具的方法，解決好注塑模具設計的關鍵-------澆注系統(tǒng)、頂出系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)側面分型與抽芯機構的合理設計，以期與同行們一起討論，共同努力推動注塑模具技術的發(fā)展。本文就童心吸水杯注塑模具設計展開，根據(jù)零件的結構特點、材料特性，構思總體方案并進行方案論證。依據(jù)總體方案對注塑模具總體結構進行合理設計，然后分六個分支系統(tǒng)進行設計，它們分別是澆注系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、注塑模具零件設計、注塑零件成型零件工作尺寸計算、側向分型機構設計與抽芯機構設計、和其它設計。其中澆注系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)設計的是否合理是模具設計成敗的關鍵，針對澆注系統(tǒng)本設計從澆注系統(tǒng)的組成和作用、主澆道設計、分流道設計、澆口設計、澆注系統(tǒng)動平衡、冷料井與拉料桿合理搭配六個方面進行設計和論證。
