隨著社會的發(fā)展,生產(chǎn)力水平的不但提高,雕刻機(jī)被廣泛運(yùn)用在木工業(yè)、廣告業(yè)、石材業(yè)、制造業(yè)、等多個(gè)行業(yè)領(lǐng)域。雕刻從加工原理上講是一種鉆銑組合加工,雕刻機(jī)多種數(shù)據(jù)輸入模式根據(jù)需要游刃有余。電腦雕刻機(jī)有激光雕刻和機(jī)械雕刻兩類,這兩類都有大功率和小功率之分。小功率的只適合做雙色板、建筑模型、小型標(biāo)牌、三維工藝品等。由于功率太小而大大影響了其應(yīng)用的范圍。大功率雕刻機(jī)可以做小功率雕刻機(jī)的東西。最適合做大型切割、浮雕、雕刻。因?yàn)榈窨虣C(jī)的應(yīng)用范圍非常廣泛,因此有必要了解各種雕刻機(jī)的最合適的應(yīng)用范圍。目前,市場上三軸雕刻機(jī)為主,三軸以上的雕刻機(jī)多用于高端產(chǎn)品,價(jià)格昂貴。
針對市場需求,本課題提出對五軸雕刻機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。通過soildworks建模、加工零件、裝配,并借助于提供的驅(qū)動軟件,將加工代碼轉(zhuǎn)化為各軸的輸出脈沖,通過計(jì)算機(jī)并口輸出脈沖信號到步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動器,來控制步進(jìn)電機(jī)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)和校正,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)各軸的運(yùn)動加工。

Abstract
With the development of society, levels not only improve productivity, the engraving machine is widely used in wood industry, advertising industry, marble industry, manufacturing, and other industries. Engraving from stresses is a drilling and milling on machining principle, multiple data input modes and ease of carving machine. Computer engraving machine has two types of laser engraving and mechanical engraving, these two classes of high power and low power. Low-power only for the Board, building models, small signs, such as three dimensional arts and crafts. Because the power is too small to significantly affect the scope of its application. Power carving can be a small power CNC machine. Best for large cuts, embossing, engraving. Because the machine very wide range of applications, it is necessary to understand a variety of engraving the scope of application of the most appropriate. At present, three-axis engraving machine on the market, more than three-axis CNC router for high end products, expensive.
For market needs, the issues raised on the structure design of five-axis CNC. Through modeling, machining parts, Assembly, and use the driver provided by software, processing code into the shaft of the output pulses through computer parallel port output pulse to stepping motor drive to control the stepping motor to adjust and correct, in order to achieve the axis of motion processing.
