摘 要
進入二十一世紀以來，中國塑料工業(yè)取得了令世人矚目的成就，實現(xiàn)了歷史性的跨越。蓬勃發(fā)展的中國塑料工業(yè)，在中國現(xiàn)代化經(jīng)濟建設(shè)中發(fā)揮著越來越大的作用。手機已成為日益普遍的通訊工具，因此其注塑模具的需求也日益增多，市場前景廣泛，而且因為不同手機的外形不同，注塑模具也就有了很大的不同。
本課題是設(shè)計諾基亞手機上殼注塑模具，通過注塑機注塑成形零件，需要選用注塑機。本產(chǎn)品是批量生產(chǎn)，具有很重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本設(shè)計主要應(yīng)該完成對模具的整個設(shè)計過程，包括模具的選材，型腔的機構(gòu)設(shè)計，以及對模具的校核，并介紹模具在國內(nèi)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和前景。

Abstract
Into the 21th, The plastics industry of China has made spectacular achievements in the world,it achieved a historic leap. The great development of plastics industry of China, it is playing an important role in China's modernization economic construction increasingly . Phone has became an common means of communication increasingly, so the demand of injection mold is growing,and the vista of market is extensive. Because of phones’ shapes are different , so there have quite different in injection mold.
This topic is designed the injection mold of Nokia phone.It has injected forming parts through injection molding machine, so it is need to choose injection molding machine. This product ’s production is mass, it has an very important significance. and should be completed on the main mold of the entire design process, including choosing the material of mold,the design of body cavity and the verification of the mold,introduce the development status and Prospects of mold in China.
