摘 要
隨車(chē)起重運(yùn)輸車(chē)既有普通載貨汽車(chē)的運(yùn)輸功能,又具有起重機(jī)的起吊裝卸功能;除能完成本車(chē)的貨物裝卸之外,還能完成車(chē)與車(chē)之間的貨物裝卸。
本設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)隨車(chē)起重運(yùn)輸車(chē)的改裝設(shè)計(jì)作了論述。在查閱大量相關(guān)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容有:二類(lèi)底盤(pán)的選型;總體布置;起重裝置的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算選型;液壓裝置設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算選型;輔助系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì);整車(chē)性能分析。其中設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)在于起重裝置設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算選型,在這一部分主要完成參數(shù)的選擇,包括:起重量,起升高度、幅度,工作速度。還有起吊支腿的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,包括:支腿型式的選取,支腿跨距的確定,支腿壓力計(jì)算和支承液壓缸的選擇。其中液壓裝置設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算與選型是本次設(shè)計(jì)的難點(diǎn)。最后經(jīng)過(guò)整體的計(jì)算分析與校核,設(shè)計(jì)出結(jié)構(gòu)性能合理,符合技術(shù)要求的隨車(chē)起重運(yùn)輸車(chē)。

ABSTRACT
Not only does the lift truck has transport functions of ordinary lorry truck, but also has lifting cranes loading and unloading functions. It can complete loading and unloading goods of its own, in addition it also can complete loading and unloading goods between trucks and trucks.
This design discussed the modification of lift truck. This design is based on looking for a large number relevant information. The main contents are: the selection of two types of chassis; general layout; selection of lifting gear design calculations; selection of design and calculation of hydraulic equipment; support system design; vehicle performance analysis. Which focuses on the design selection of lifting equipment design calculations, completed in this part of the main parameters of the options, including: from the weight, lifting height, amplitude and working speed. There are lifting outrigger design calculations, including: the selection of leg type, the determination of leg span, outrigger cylinder pressure calculation and supporting choice. One design, calculation and selection of hydraulic devices is the difficulty of this design. Finally, after overall calculation and analysis ,the structural performance is reasonable, meeting the technical requirements of lorry crane truck.
