摘 要
彩瓦成型機(jī)是水泥彩瓦的主要設(shè)備,工序較復(fù)雜,用常規(guī)控制較難實(shí)現(xiàn),采用了PLC進(jìn)行控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)、手動(dòng)控制功能。系統(tǒng)共有26點(diǎn)入,13點(diǎn)出,還有2路壓力信號(hào)(模擬量)需要采集,采用了南京冠德公司的嘉華JH-120H系列PLC,由于系統(tǒng)工藝的復(fù)雜性、工藝的特殊性,而且條件的限制,所以采用了先畫(huà)電器圖,再畫(huà)梯形圖的方法來(lái)完成整個(gè)程序的編寫(xiě)過(guò)程的。本書(shū)介紹了整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)的電氣控制圖,梯形圖,時(shí)序圖,接線圖,流程圖和PLC程序,該設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用了燈泡來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)的模擬過(guò)程,在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,做了許多相關(guān)的實(shí)驗(yàn),例如:?jiǎn)伟雌鹜k娐返腜LC設(shè)計(jì),十字路口紅綠燈的PLC設(shè)計(jì)。
