1 引言

2 特點及原理
2.1 特點
帶式輸送機是煤礦最理想的高效連續(xù)運輸設(shè)備,與其他運輸設(shè)備(如機車類)相比,具有輸送距離長、運量大、連續(xù)輸送等優(yōu)點,而且運行可靠,易于實現(xiàn)自動化和集中化控制,尤其對高產(chǎn)高效礦井,帶式輸送機已成為煤炭開采機電一體化技術(shù)與裝備的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備。帶式輸送機主要特點是機身可以很方便的伸縮,設(shè)有儲帶倉,機尾可隨采煤工作面的推進伸長或縮短,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,可不設(shè)基礎(chǔ),直接在巷道底板上鋪設(shè),機架輕巧,拆裝十分方便。當輸送能力和運距較大時,可配中間驅(qū)動裝置來滿足要求。根據(jù)輸送工藝的要求,可以單機輸送,也可多機組合成水平或傾斜的運輸系統(tǒng)來輸送物料。帶式輸送機廣泛地應(yīng)用在冶金、煤炭、交通、水電、化工等部門,是因為它具有輸送量大、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、維修方便、成本低、通用性強等優(yōu)點。帶式輸送機還應(yīng)用于建材、電力、輕工、糧食、港口、船舶等部門。
碼垛機結(jié)構(gòu)特點:中、低位碼垛機主要由壓平輸送機、緩停輸送機、轉(zhuǎn)位輸送機、托盤倉、托盤輸送機、編組機、推袋裝置、碼垛裝置、垛盤輸送機組成。其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計優(yōu)化,動作平穩(wěn)可靠。碼垛過程完全自動,正常運轉(zhuǎn)時無須人工干預,具有廣泛的適用范圍。
2.2 工作原理
膠帶輸送機主要由膠帶、傳動滾筒、拉緊裝置、托輥機架以及傳動裝置等幾部分組成。膠帶繞經(jīng)兩端滾筒后,用膠帶卡子或硫化方法,將兩頭接在一起,使之成為閉環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)。膠帶由上、下托輥支承著,由拉緊裝置將膠帶拉緊,具有一定的張力。當主動滾筒被電動機帶動而旋轉(zhuǎn)時,借助于主動滾筒與膠帶之間的摩擦力帶著膠帶連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn),從而將裝到膠帶上的貨載從卸載滾筒2處卸載。
碼垛機平板上工件符合棧板要求的一層工件,平板及工件向前移動直至棧板垂直面。上方擋料桿下降,另三方定位擋桿起動夾緊,此時平板復位。各工件下降到棧板平面,棧板平面與平板底面相距10mm,棧板下降一個工件高度。往復上述直到棧板堆碼達到設(shè)定要求。
2.3 傳動原理特點
⑴膠帶輸送機的牽引力是通過傳動滾筒與膠帶之間的摩擦力來傳遞的,因此必須將膠帶用拉緊裝置拉緊,使膠帶在傳筒滾筒分離處具有一定的初張力。
⑵膠帶與貨載一起在托輥上運行。膠帶既是牽引機構(gòu),又是承載機構(gòu),貨載與膠帶之間沒有相對運動,消除了運行中膠帶與貨載的摩擦阻力。由于托輥內(nèi)裝有滾動軸承,膠帶與托輥之間是滾動摩擦,因此運行阻力大大減小,從而減少了功率的消耗,增大了運輸距離。對于一臺膠帶輸送機,其牽引力傳遞能力的大小,決定于膠帶的張力、膠帶在傳動滾筒上的圍包角和膠帶與傳動滾筒之間的摩擦系數(shù)。要保證膠帶輸送機的膠帶在傳動滾筒上不打滑,正常運行,在生產(chǎn)實踐中要根據(jù)不同情況采取相應(yīng)的措施。
提高牽引力的傳遞能力可從以下幾方面入手:
⑴增大拉緊力(初張力)。膠帶輸送機在運行中,膠帶要伸長,造成牽引力下降,所以要根據(jù)情況,利用拉緊裝置適當?shù)貙⒛z帶拉緊,增大膠帶張力,以提高牽引力。
⑵增大摩擦系數(shù)。其具體措施是:保護好傳動滾筒上覆蓋的木襯或橡膠等襯墊,以增大摩擦系數(shù),另一方面要少出水煤,預防摩擦系數(shù)減少。
⑶增加圍包角。井下膠帶輸送機由于工作條件差,所需牽引力大,故多采用雙滾筒傳動,以增大圍包角。
3 帶式輸送機
3.1 技術(shù)優(yōu)勢

帶式輸送機可以在貯煤場料堆下面的巷道里取料,需要時,還能把各堆不同的物料進行混合。物料可簡單地從輸送機頭部卸出,也可通過犁式卸料器或移動卸料車在輸送帶長度方向的任一點卸料。
