摘 要
機(jī)械工業(yè)是一個(gè)國(guó)家的重要產(chǎn)業(yè),機(jī)械工業(yè)的發(fā)展無(wú)時(shí)不刻都在影響著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人類(lèi)的進(jìn)步離不開(kāi)機(jī)械工業(yè)的發(fā)展。在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的大環(huán)境下,中國(guó)各個(gè)行業(yè)被其他國(guó)家的先進(jìn)技術(shù)影響的同時(shí),越來(lái)越多的外國(guó)企業(yè)和品牌傳播到中國(guó)已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)實(shí)。在新的市場(chǎng)需求的推動(dòng)下,對(duì)玻璃瓶質(zhì)量檢測(cè)機(jī)進(jìn)行改良和優(yōu)化是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。有大型玻璃瓶質(zhì)量檢測(cè)機(jī)設(shè)備企業(yè)對(duì)設(shè)備的安全指標(biāo)的有著一定生產(chǎn)的嚴(yán)格要求。在生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的企業(yè),充分考慮到在設(shè)備運(yùn)行中可能出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,從而減少噪聲污染引起的振動(dòng)或不當(dāng)操作設(shè)備的現(xiàn)象等。國(guó)內(nèi)玻璃瓶質(zhì)量檢測(cè)機(jī)設(shè)備的研發(fā)及制造要與全球號(hào)召的高效經(jīng)濟(jì)、安全穩(wěn)定主題保持一致。玻璃瓶質(zhì)量檢測(cè)機(jī)的發(fā)展與人類(lèi)社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和科學(xué)技術(shù)的水平密切相關(guān)。
國(guó)內(nèi)玻璃瓶質(zhì)量檢測(cè)機(jī)的研發(fā)及制造要與全球號(hào)召的高效經(jīng)濟(jì)、檢驗(yàn)質(zhì)量好,效率高等主題保持一致。近期對(duì)機(jī)械行業(yè)中玻璃瓶質(zhì)量檢測(cè)機(jī)的使用情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)在機(jī)械行業(yè)中,玻璃瓶的使用非常普遍。自然而然在機(jī)械設(shè)備中它們的生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量也非常重要。傳動(dòng)的玻璃瓶在沒(méi)有自動(dòng)檢驗(yàn)設(shè)備而需要人工檢驗(yàn)的情況下,檢驗(yàn)效率低下,勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大,所以設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)專(zhuān)用的玻璃瓶質(zhì)量檢測(cè)機(jī)勢(shì)在必行。
本文運(yùn)用大學(xué)所學(xué)的知識(shí),提出了玻璃瓶質(zhì)量檢測(cè)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)組成、工作原理以及主要零部件的設(shè)計(jì)中所必須的理論計(jì)算和相關(guān)強(qiáng)度校驗(yàn),構(gòu)建了玻璃瓶質(zhì)量檢測(cè)機(jī)總的指導(dǎo)思想,從而得出了該玻璃瓶質(zhì)量檢測(cè)機(jī)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是高效,經(jīng)濟(jì),并且檢驗(yàn)質(zhì)量高,運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)的結(jié)論。

This paper introduces the theoretical calculation to design sleeve pressing machine structure, working principle and main parts of the strength check and the advantages of the sleeve, pressing machine is efficient, economical, and high safety, stable operation.
