單元教材分析
本單元的話題為“公共標(biāo)識(shí)”。在教學(xué)過程中要緊密聯(lián)系生活實(shí)際,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生關(guān)注標(biāo)識(shí),討論標(biāo)識(shí),做遵守公共法規(guī)和秩序的社會(huì)公民。
本單元的新授句型有:What does … mean? It means…和No+doing(動(dòng)名詞)結(jié)構(gòu)。前者要求學(xué)生靈活運(yùn)用,后者只需學(xué)生認(rèn)讀理解即可。另外,本單元呈現(xiàn)了的情態(tài)動(dòng)詞can和can’t的新用法,表示允許和禁止的意思。教師可以結(jié)合學(xué)生以前所學(xué)的can的用法進(jìn)行對比教學(xué),幫助學(xué)生區(qū)分和理解兩
2、種用法。
本單元呈現(xiàn)的公共標(biāo)識(shí)只是現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中眾多標(biāo)識(shí)的一小部分,教師可以要求學(xué)生課前將自己認(rèn)識(shí)的標(biāo)識(shí)畫出來,帶到課上和大家一起分享。還可鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生去發(fā)現(xiàn)更多的公共標(biāo)識(shí),作為教材學(xué)習(xí)的有效補(bǔ)充和延伸,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生為班級(jí)、學(xué)校、街道、社區(qū)等場所設(shè)計(jì)和制作公共標(biāo)識(shí),學(xué)以致用,提高公民意識(shí)。
