一、題目來源、目的、意義
本題目為設(shè)計類實際課題,來源于華晨寶馬齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器的設(shè)計
過程。我國生產(chǎn)的寶馬車齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器從仿制開始起步,近期產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量較早期有所提高。
但受國產(chǎn)配套件質(zhì)量及設(shè)計水平等的影響,我國目前生產(chǎn)的寶馬車的總體水平
與進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品及港口用戶的要求仍有較大差距,齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器的生產(chǎn)也是如此,為滿足市場需求,特開發(fā)

培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合運用所學(xué)的基本理論、基本知識解決問題的能力,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生英語

(2)以華晨寶馬車輛為例熟悉齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器傳動系統(tǒng)。
(3)協(xié)同其余組員,根據(jù)華晨寶馬齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器的功能和性能要求,針對已有轉(zhuǎn)向器進(jìn)行改型設(shè)計。
(4)根據(jù)改型設(shè)計結(jié)果,繪制轉(zhuǎn)向器操作系統(tǒng)裝配圖、零件圖。
