Step2 Presentation. 1.Listen and practice. 2. Say the rhyme 3.Match and draw Sing the Animal song together. Role play then sing again Ss: Hello, good morning, Miss Yu. Ss: Nice to meet you. It’s dog, fish, cat, bird, lion, tiger, panda, rabbit, monkey. It’s a mouse. Repeat the procedure above for the words net and nest .Pay attention to the pronunciation of the words “net and nest.” Listen, look and say. Say it again, then add some actions. Say these words. Open and look at thr picture, answer, (lion, tiger, rabbit, bird, panda mouse, monkey, net, nest) Read out aloud the words. match the words with the pictures of the objects. Say the words and point to the picture that matches each word. Color the pictures. Play the tape T: Hello, good morning, boys and girls. T: Nice to meet you. What’s this? Listen and practice. Look at the pictures This is a mouse. What’s this? Replay the procedure as they listen repent the word “mouse.” 板書(shū) Play the tape, the teacher acts out the rhyme while listening to it. Try to make children understand the meaning of the rhyme. Encourage the children to clay their hands or act out while listening. Direct children’s attention to the English words Have children match the words with the pictures of the objects.
