摘 要
帶式輸送機(jī)是廣泛應(yīng)用于煤炭、港口、建設(shè)、電廠等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的連續(xù)輸送設(shè)備,它具有運(yùn)輸效率高、運(yùn)營成本低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,帶式輸送機(jī)的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。近年來,隨著工業(yè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,帶式輸送機(jī)也不斷朝著大運(yùn)量、長距離、大傾角、高帶速、投資費(fèi)用少、運(yùn)營費(fèi)用低、工作可靠、維護(hù)方便等方向發(fā)展,對其設(shè)計技術(shù)的要求也越來越高。 為適應(yīng)地形的要求,用輸送帶輸送一定高度的帶式輸送機(jī)在很多方面有應(yīng)用。本文著重討論了帶式輸送機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)原理、傳動原理、設(shè)計計算法則、運(yùn)行阻力的計算、各點(diǎn)張力的計算等內(nèi)容,以及各種計算參數(shù)的設(shè)計計算和校核,尤其對輸送帶的選用、托輥的選用進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,使設(shè)計更加貼切接近實(shí)際問題。本文還分析了國內(nèi)外帶式輸送機(jī)的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢,說明在現(xiàn)代高科技發(fā)展的情況下,帶式輸送機(jī)的發(fā)展?jié)摿€是很大的。
本文研究了一般固定式帶式輸送機(jī)的設(shè)計理論,并根據(jù)所設(shè)計的要求再結(jié)合目前國內(nèi)的目前的技術(shù)要求組裝了一套傾角為0度的固定式帶式輸送機(jī),說明了這套設(shè)計符合設(shè)計參數(shù)的要求

Abstract
Taking style to transport machine is broad apply to industry field continuation such as coal , port construction, electric power plant transports equipment , that it has transportation is efficient , is in motion and do business cost low grade merit. The application with the development of national economy, taking style to transport machine is more and more broad. In recent years , with the development of industrial technology,the cost direction such as low , working reliably , defending to go to the lavatory taking style to transport machine bringing speed along also unceasingly to grand fortune amounts , long distance , big dip angle , height , investing in cost stopping being in motion and doing business, develops , designs that the technology request is also more and more high to the person.
