摘 要
在塑料工業(yè)中，注塑模是一種應用廣泛，實用性強的塑料成形技術。本文作者主要研究了旅行餐碗的注塑模的設計。本文結合大量資料研究了塑料的成形工藝，模具的制造。對制品進行了工藝分析、收縮率的計算等。根據(jù)制品的重量等因素確定了注塑機的型號。在模具結構設計時，結合現(xiàn)有的資料，對模具結構進行了綜合考慮。對模具的各模板及各零部件進行了設計與計算。在本文中使用了三板式單型腔模具，對模具的各部分零件進行了設計與計算，以及對水道的設計與安放位置等。對于脫澆口本文提出了一種方案，既應用鋼球與彈簧，并對模具的保養(yǎng)與維護提出了幾點要求。本文在結合了大量的資料進行分析與研究的基礎上，對本設計提出了多種設計方案，并對它們進行了分析與比較，確定了最佳的方案。在設計時，結合大量的數(shù)據(jù)，并通過計算，確定各重要的尺寸。使設計方案得到進一步的完善。
