摘 要
彎曲是利用金屬的塑性變形，將板料，棒料，型材或管材等按設(shè)計(jì)要求彎曲成一定曲率和一定角度的零件的一種沖壓工序。由于金屬的流動(dòng)發(fā)生在金屬的塑性變形范圍內(nèi)，因此當(dāng)所施加的外力取出后將會(huì)保留一個(gè)永久性的彎曲變形。
本設(shè)計(jì)是通過Pro/ENGINEER4.0的PRT模塊和ASM模塊里的動(dòng)畫功能表現(xiàn)彎曲角小于90°的U形彎曲模模具的工作過程和工作原理。
