風力發(fā)電偏航減速器試驗臺
摘 要:隨著能源問題和環(huán)境問題的日益突出,能源的開發(fā)和利用是人類進入20世紀不斷探索的主題,風力發(fā)電作為環(huán)保、經(jīng)濟型能源受到國內(nèi)外研究工作者廣泛關(guān)注,風力發(fā)電偏航減速作為大功率風力發(fā)電機組重要部件,其運行狀態(tài)直接影響風力機的運行性能,因此,檢測風力發(fā)電偏航減速器的性能,對保證風力對風裝置的運行意義重大。
本文對目前風力發(fā)電技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷史和風力發(fā)電偏航減速器試驗臺的研究進行概括。同時,闡述了本課題的研究意義,并對本論文的研究內(nèi)容做逐一介紹。提出了風力發(fā)電偏航減速器功能和運行條件要求,并闡述了風力發(fā)電偏航減速器的工作原理和控制理論依據(jù),確定了本論文的系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)方案,對風力發(fā)電偏航減速器試驗臺做了具體設(shè)計,合理設(shè)計出了偏航減速器試驗的總體結(jié)構(gòu)。
最后對運行控制部分做了具體設(shè)計,畫出了電氣控制圖和程序梯形圖,闡述了測試部分的設(shè)計過程,使風力發(fā)電偏航減速器試驗臺達到最好的檢測效果。

Abstract: Now, energy sources consume increasing daily and environment empoison being serious gradually, Since the beginning of the 20th century, he development and utilization of energy is an issue constantly explored by human beings.Wind power, as a green and economical energy source,has attracted a lot of attention from researchers and specialists home and abroad.Yaw reducer is the essential components of the wind device,so it has great significance to study their manufacturing technology,and its condition affects the working condition of wind turbine. So it's very important for wind power generation test-bed of the yaw reducer are detected.
The background of this project was presented and author overviewed development situation and current research of wind power generation test-bed of the yaw reducer. Meanwhile, the author represented the meaning of the project and put forward the main object of this research project. The proposed operation requirements and function of wind power generation test-bed of the yaw reduce, the theoretical foundation of wind power generation test-bed of the yaw reducer was built, the concrete design of wind power generation test-bed of the yaw reducer, and reasonable design of the general structure of the test-bed of the yaw reducer.
Finally, the specific on operating control parts design ,and drawing the electrical control and process ladder diagram, expounds operating control part of the design process, and make the best of wind power generation test-bed of the yaw reducer.
