摘要
挖掘機(jī)使用于建筑工地的很寬的方面，從挖掘與土壤移動(dòng)操作到需要一個(gè)可選的附加的叫破碎器的破巖任務(wù)。它們普通結(jié)構(gòu)包含一個(gè)行駛裝置，回轉(zhuǎn)裝置和一個(gè)前面的工作裝置。動(dòng)臂（boom），斗桿（arm），鏟斗（bucket），是組成挖掘機(jī)前面工作裝置三個(gè)主要連接體。回轉(zhuǎn)裝置，動(dòng)臂，斗桿，和鏟斗的運(yùn)動(dòng)是挖掘機(jī)停靠的情況下工作時(shí)最頻繁的運(yùn)行。在本論文當(dāng)中，主要介紹了動(dòng)臂、斗桿、鏟斗的相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，包括運(yùn)動(dòng)分析。使用了自己編寫(xiě)小的視窗應(yīng)用程序來(lái)執(zhí)行一部分計(jì)算任務(wù)。

Abstract
Excavators are used in a wide variety of ways in construction fields, from digging and soil-moving operations to rock-breaking tasks that require an optional attachment called a breaker. Their common structure consists of a traveling body, a swing body and a front manipulator. The boom, arm and bucket, are three main links comprising the front manipulator of an excavator. Swing, boom, arm and bucket motions are the most frequent motions of an excavator when it works in a parked condition. In this paper, design calculation, including movement analyses, is mainly talked about. Some of the calculation tasks use small windows application programs, which are written by myself.
