黃河科技學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 第 I 頁臥式雙面 28 軸組合鉆床左主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)摘 要機(jī)械制造設(shè)備的發(fā)展是機(jī)械工業(yè)最主要的環(huán)節(jié),目前,機(jī)械加工對(duì)精度要求越來越高,機(jī)械工廠為了降低加工成本,提高加工質(zhì)量,致使組合機(jī)床在制造業(yè)中應(yīng)用越來越廣泛,并已顯示出巨大的優(yōu)勢(shì)。組合機(jī)床主要是保證被加工零件的尺寸精度和位置精度要求,高速高效的完成對(duì)缸體的加工。在組合機(jī)床的設(shè)計(jì)中,主軸箱加工工藝是關(guān)鍵。繪制主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)原始移居圖,擬定主軸箱的傳動(dòng)路線,應(yīng)用最優(yōu)化方法布置齒輪,確定傳動(dòng)參數(shù),繪制主軸箱裝配圖、箱體補(bǔ)充加工圖,并進(jìn)行軸、齒輪等零件的強(qiáng)度校核。組合機(jī)床主軸箱的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié)是繪制主軸箱樹形圖,主軸箱樹形圖實(shí)際上是借鑒了通用機(jī)床主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中使用的轉(zhuǎn)速圖、結(jié)構(gòu)圖經(jīng)演化而來。由于主軸箱傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)原動(dòng)件帶動(dòng)多個(gè)從動(dòng)件,沒有變速機(jī)構(gòu),而傳動(dòng)路線條數(shù)卻很多,出現(xiàn)許多分支。從圖形上看,驅(qū)動(dòng)軸相當(dāng)于樹根,各主軸及油泵軸均為末端件,相當(dāng)于各條樹枝的末梢,因此形象地命名為“樹形圖” 。關(guān)鍵詞:組合機(jī)床,主軸箱, “三圖一卡” , “樹形圖” 黃河科技學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 第 II 頁Horizontal double 28 shaft combination drilling machine left spindle box design Author:Ao DaTutor:Jia Bai HeAbstractMachinery manufacturing equipment is the development of the machinery industry the most main link, at present, mechanical processing to the precision requirement more and more high, machinery factory in order to lower manufacturing costs, improve the machining quality, the combination machine tools in the manufacturing industry is more and more extensive application, and has shown great advantage.
