2044 C616臥式車床數(shù)控化改造,c616,臥式,車床,數(shù)控,改造 摘要中國是一個傳統(tǒng)的機械制造大國，但其裝備水平落后，特別是一些老機械制造廠大多還是比較舊的機床，遠遠不能滿足加工的要求。針對目前制業(yè)的技術裝備現(xiàn)狀，對傳統(tǒng)機械制造業(yè)裝備進行改造，解決機械制造業(yè)中的些技術問題，用現(xiàn)代先進技術對舊的設備進行改造和提升，是我國制造業(yè)的展方向。本課題是針對己報廢的 C616 普通廢舊車床進行數(shù)控化改造，現(xiàn)實意義在于如何尋找一種可行的、有推廣價值的設備改造方法，對傳統(tǒng)機制造行業(yè)的技術裝備進行技術提升，以解決目前設備老化所帶來的問題。根據(jù)數(shù)控車床所承擔加工任務的特點，其加工的零件類型大多分為軸類套類、盤類等，依據(jù)成組工藝技術的原理，我們提出首先編寫各類零件成組藝，依據(jù)成組工藝，編寫數(shù)控程序，將數(shù)控加工程序編號存入 PC 機中的方法完成對零件的快速程序編制，提高生產(chǎn)效率。通過這種方法，可以變小批生為“大”批生產(chǎn)，可以有效的提高生產(chǎn)效率，同時降低對操作人員的要求。關鍵字：機床改造， 數(shù)控技術， 數(shù)控機床，自動刀架AbstractChina is a traditional mechanical manufacturing country, but the level of their equipment behind, especially in some of the old machinery factory most of the older machines still far from meeting the requirements of processing.
