本次設計綜合了國內(nèi)外先進磨粉機的優(yōu)點,并對某些結(jié)構(gòu)進行了改進,使其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、緊湊,實用性強,裝、拆、檢修方便,可以說使一臺先進的磨粉機。
本設計給定的要求是:磨輥規(guī)格為Φ250×1000;磨輥排列方式為平置;快慢輥間采用加長齒輪減速箱傳動;自動調(diào)節(jié)料門;機械浮子傳感;手動合閘、自動松閘、氣壓控制松合閘的半自動氣壓輥式磨粉機。

Abstract
The advanced design combines the advantages of milling machines, and some structural improvements to the structure of a simple, compact, practical, equipment, demolition, maintenance convenience, it can be said to make a mill-art machine.
Given the design requirements are: roller specification Φ250 × 1000; roller arrangement for flat purchase; speed roller gear reducer between the use of longer transmission box; automatic adjustment is expected door; mechanical float sensor; manual switch, automatic brake, pneumatic control switch on the semi-automatic pressure-song roller milling machine.
