摘 要
本文概述了國內外伸縮式隨車起重機的現狀,并就有關型號的國內外隨車起重機進行了比較。介紹了我國伸縮式隨車起重機的結構特點及各部分的工作原理。著重對4噸兩節(jié)伸縮式隨車起重機的伸縮臂架和液壓系統(tǒng)進行了優(yōu)化設計。運用金屬結構的設計方法驗證了金屬結構部分主要是兩節(jié)伸縮臂架的計算原理;另外,對回轉機構也作了選型和設計。最后對隨車起重機的發(fā)展趨勢作了簡單分析。

Abstract
This paper presents an overview of extendable crane-drivers, and a comparison with the concern home-made cranes. It introduces the structural characteristics and some of the principles of extendable crane-style cars. Focuses on two sections telescopic booms and hydraulic crane systems design. Use metal structure design methodology certification is a major part of the metal structure of two sections telescopic booms calculation principles; In addition, the rotation mechanism design also is made. Finally it shows the development trend of a simple crane driver analysis.
