摘要
拉手注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)主要闡述了基于CAD技術(shù)的塑料拉手注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)、制造、及其工藝方案的制定,并且著重介紹了注射加工方法、模具的結(jié)構(gòu)及模具零件的設(shè)計(jì)制造,用Pro/E軟件在對(duì)零件進(jìn)行受力分析,以及運(yùn)動(dòng)分析、干涉檢查。然后用Pro/E的Manufacture\Mold模塊進(jìn)行模具設(shè)計(jì),包括流道及冷卻水道設(shè)計(jì),部分電極可以在裝配塊里設(shè)計(jì)。在此基礎(chǔ)上可以很好地控制電極對(duì)應(yīng)零件的位置關(guān)系,并利用軟件的功能進(jìn)行干涉檢查,可以減少了設(shè)計(jì)上的失誤。
目前模具行業(yè)已比較成熟,很多零件日趨標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,可以直接從市場(chǎng)上購(gòu)買(mǎi)到,所以本次主要設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目是零件型腔的設(shè)計(jì)、制造及其工藝,基于所設(shè)計(jì)制品結(jié)構(gòu)較復(fù)雜,所以將模具設(shè)計(jì)為一模一腔。在本論文中還對(duì)生產(chǎn)工藝方案作了初步分析探討。

Title The design of handgrip plastic mold basic on CAD
Abstract
The designs of handgrip plastic mold include the design, manufacture and process project of plastic handgrip injected plastic mould. We especially introduce the injecting technique and the design and manufacturing of mould configuration.
We analyses the force of the work piece and its movement intervene suspect by Pro/E software. Then we contrive the die by the manufacture mold module of Pro/E, including the design of cold channel, and also some design of electrode. So we can control the poison relationship between electrode and its corresponding work piece, so that we could reduce the mistake in the design.
Recently the mold industry is pretty advanced much accessory are becoming standard. They could be bought from market directly. So the major mission is to design the atrium of the work piece and manufacturing and process. As the production is really complex, we design the mould as one mould and one atrium. In this paper, we also discuss the manufacturing process.
