年產5000噸硫酸銅工藝設計
——浸出反應釜的設計
摘 要:硫酸銅是一種很重要的無機化工原料,在紡染、電鍍、醫(yī)藥等方面都有很大的用途。本文論述了硫酸銅的生產工藝的發(fā)展概況、用途及產品市場分析,大致介紹了在工業(yè)上生產硫酸銅常用的除鐵方法,主要探索了年產五千噸硫酸銅的工藝設計。設計中采用含銅量為20.02%的堿式碳酸銅礦為原料來生產硫酸銅。著重描述浸出工序中的反應釜的工藝設計,通過控制條件制得純度較高的硫酸銅飽和溶液,再經(jīng)過結晶工序得到產品。在浸出工序中控制溫度在90℃以上,采用間歇操作的方法制得硫酸銅飽和溶液。通過物料衡算,進行設備選型及浸出反應釜工藝尺寸的計算,設計出符合要求的浸出反應釜。
