i摘要:本次設(shè)計(jì)通過對現(xiàn)有加工 中心的分析研究,提出一種新的設(shè)計(jì)方案,其自動(dòng)化程度更高,結(jié)構(gòu)也相對比較簡單.這一點(diǎn)在論文會(huì)得以體現(xiàn).本方案中,主軸箱采用交流調(diào)速電機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)無級變速,在 X、Y、Z 三個(gè)方向上的進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)均采用滾珠絲杠,而動(dòng)力則由步進(jìn)電動(dòng)機(jī)通過調(diào)隙齒輪來傳遞,并且采用單片機(jī)進(jìn)行數(shù)字控制.控制系統(tǒng)采用 MCS-51 系列單片機(jī),通過擴(kuò)展程序存儲(chǔ)器、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)器和I/O 接口實(shí)現(xiàn)硬件電路的設(shè)計(jì).論文中也對軟件系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)做出了相關(guān)說明.關(guān)鍵詞:交流調(diào)速電機(jī) 滾珠絲杠 步進(jìn)電機(jī) 單片機(jī)系統(tǒng)擴(kuò)展iiAbstract: This design tries a new method after the analyze and research of the exited machining center with the higher automatization degrees and the simpler configuration,which will be explained in the paper.
