i摘 要此次設計介紹了數(shù)控機床的發(fā)展及其應用情況，并概括了數(shù)控機床的結(jié)構特點。主要設計了 CK6140 數(shù)控機床的主傳動系統(tǒng)，其主要內(nèi)容包括：轉(zhuǎn)速圖的擬定、變速齒輪的設計與計算、帶傳動的設計與計算，編碼器的選擇與安裝等。設計結(jié)果表明，該機床結(jié)構簡單，易于維修，且性價比高。CK6140 數(shù)控車床主軸箱由安裝在精密軸承中的空心主軸和一系列變速齒輪組成。數(shù)控車床主軸可以獲得在調(diào)速范圍內(nèi)的任意速度，以滿足不同加工切削要求。關鍵詞：數(shù)控車床；主軸箱；主傳動系統(tǒng) iiABSTRACTThe design of the development and application of NC machine tools was introduced, and the structure characteristics of the NC machine tools are summarized. Main design is CK6140 NC machine tool main driving system, its main contents include: speed figure drawing up, the design and calculation of change gear, belt transmission design and calculation, the selection of the encoder and the installation and so on. The design results show that the machine has simple structure, easy maintenance and cost-effective.CK6140 CNC lathe headstock by the installation in the precision bearing of hollow spindle and a series of change gear. CNC lathe spindle can get any speed within the speed range, in order to meet different processing requirements of cutting.Key words: CNC lathe; headstock ; main driving system
