Teaching Aids: Recorder pictures postcard PROCEDURES CONTENTS METHODS PURPOSE Ⅰ.Warm-up Free-talk 1. Do you have an interesting weekend? 2. Where did you go? 3. What did you do? 師生問答,小組交談。 通過自由交談周末活動,復習了過去式 Ⅱ. Lead-in Listen and find the places. 1. Show a postcard of Mount Tai. Tell them that it’s a friend who lived Taian sent it to me. 2. T: Now look at the pictures on P10, can you find a postcard? What are they? 學生能說出Big Ben, 聽錄音說出另外的兩個地方是哪里. 3. Listen to the tape and repeat. 通過明信片引出課文, 通過聽錄音解決圖片和課文的結合. 也加深了學生對課文的理解. Ⅲ. Presentation 1. Read the text. 2.Learn the text. 3. past tense 1. Listen to the tape and line the difficulties. 同桌討論難點, 并通過討論解決, 老師巡回幫忙. 1. Listen to the tape and repeat. 2. Read the text by themselves. 3. Lead them to read. 4. Read the text in roles. 1. translation: Draw a circle on the blackboard and let them guess what I will draw.. sun? ring? clock? eye? pie? wheel? 當學生表達不清楚時,教師用I don’t understand.回應,表情表現出不理解的樣子。當有學生回答出教師意圖時,用It’s wonderful.表揚他,并在語氣上表現出來。 出示London Eye 的圖片, T: This is a big wheel. It’s the London Eye. It’s wonderful. 教師教讀。 教師繼續(xù)出示the British Museum 和Big Ben的圖片并教讀. 然后教師提問: T: Which place do you like best? I like London Eye best. What about you, Lucy? 教師引導學生用 I like…best.回答。練習多個學生。 T: What about Lingling? Ss: She liked the bus ride best. 2. 找出本課出現的過去式,并在過去式的上面寫出動詞原形. 教師檢查,并把正確答案寫在黑板上. do-did visit-visited go-went send-sent like-liked 學生自檢并改正。 不斷的跟讀和語音語調的模仿有利于語感的形成。 通過畫圖聯想拓展了學生思維,也加深了學生對單詞的理解和記憶。 教師在本過程的body language 對詮釋句子的意思至關重要。 學習與練習結合,現實與課文 結合,學生在教師的引導下很快就能掌握新的知識點。 過去式作為本課的重點,學生一定要非常清楚的知道動詞原形和過去式的寫法。 Ⅴ. Teachers check and students correct. 緊跟練習并及時復習鞏固。 Ⅳ. song Learn a song. 1. 問學生是否坐過摩天輪。坐過的學生表演摩天輪是怎么轉動的。問她們在摩天輪上的感覺及看到的景色。教師出示London Eye 的圖片,介紹倫敦眼的文化知識。學生就明白了摩天輪和倫敦眼的區(qū)別。 2. Listen and say, then sing and do the actions. 把第二單元的歌曲拿到本課更有利于教學。學生對倫敦眼的印象也比較深刻。介紹背景知識激發(fā)學生想想看看的欲望。 Ⅶ. Homework 1. Speaking 2. Drawing 3. Writing 1. Recite the text. 2. Draw pictures of the London Eye, Big Ben and the British Museum. Introduce them to their parents. 3. This unit mainly intends to teach students to retell what they did with English. Visiting is a part of our life. 2.The students are very interested in visiting some places. They are eager to use English to municate with others about their experiences. Teaching aims(教學目標) : knowledge aim: 1.能聽、說、認讀本課的重點單詞:the British Museum, the London Eye, wheel, wonderful, understand, postcard; 2.能正確使用動詞過去式;能利用句型What did you do? Where did you go? 詢問別人過去做的事情。 ability aim: Improve students ability of listening, speaking and reading emotional aim: 培養(yǎng)學生學習的興趣,鼓勵學生積極合作,引導學生了解西方的名勝古跡。 Teaching important and difficult points(教學重難點) 1.Important point: master new words, phrases and the past form of verbs 2.difficult point: 在實際情境中運用表示詢問及描述過去發(fā)生事情的句型 What did you do at the weekend? Where did you go ? Teaching methods(教學方法): municative approach, task-oriented method, audio-lingual method and individual、pair or group work method. 本節(jié)課重點采用情景法、直觀法等教學方法。盡量利用貼近學生生活的情景激發(fā)學生參與學習的興趣,促進學生學習語言知識,發(fā)展語言技能,提高語言運用能力。 Teaching aids(教具): Tape -recorder, word cards, multi -media, Teaching steps:(教學步驟) Step 1. warming up Let’s sing a song!
