前 言
光陰似梭,大學(xué)四年的學(xué)習(xí)一晃而過,為具體的檢驗(yàn)這四年來的學(xué)習(xí)效果,綜合檢測理論在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的能力,除了平時的考試、實(shí)驗(yàn)測試外,更重要的是理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,讓我們走向社會之前完成一次綜合性設(shè)計(jì)。即本次設(shè)計(jì)的課題是骨架(SMBS-04)的注射模設(shè)計(jì),是對以前所學(xué)課程的一個總結(jié)。
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)課題來源于生活,應(yīng)用廣泛,但成型難度大,模具結(jié)構(gòu)較為復(fù)雜,對模具工作人員是一個很好的考驗(yàn)。它能加強(qiáng)對塑料模具成型原理的理解,同時鍛煉對塑料成型模具的設(shè)計(jì)和制造能力。
在此次設(shè)計(jì)中,主要用到所學(xué)的注射模設(shè)計(jì),以及機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)等方面的知識。著重說明了一副注射模的一般流程,即注射成型的分析、注射機(jī)的選擇及相關(guān)參數(shù)的校核、模具的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、注射模具設(shè)計(jì)的有關(guān)計(jì)算、模具總體尺寸的確定與結(jié)構(gòu)草圖的繪制、模具結(jié)構(gòu)總裝圖和零件工作圖的繪制、全面審核投產(chǎn)制造等。其中模具結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)既是重點(diǎn)又是難點(diǎn),主要包括成型位置的及分型面的選擇,模具型腔數(shù)的確定及型腔的排列和流道布局和澆口位置的選擇,模具工作零件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),推出機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),拉料桿的形式選擇,排氣方式設(shè)計(jì)等。通過本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),使我更加了解模具設(shè)計(jì)的含義,以及懂得如何查閱相關(guān)資料和怎樣解決在實(shí)際工作中遇到的實(shí)際問題,這為我以后從事模具職業(yè)打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
