摘 要
隨著我國(guó)高速公路的迅猛發(fā)展、內(nèi)陸運(yùn)輸?shù)牟粩鄶U(kuò)大，公路冷藏車(chē)運(yùn)輸越來(lái)越顯示出其快速發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。因?yàn)檫\(yùn)輸?shù)募b化及環(huán)境保護(hù)意識(shí)的提高，貨物運(yùn)輸不僅要求其運(yùn)輸?shù)目旖莅踩?，而且要求被運(yùn)輸貨物的質(zhì)量能保鮮。據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì)，到2003年底我國(guó)食品冷凍、冷藏行業(yè)的冷庫(kù)總?cè)萘繉⑼黄?00萬(wàn)噸/次；在我國(guó)涉及到食品冷凍、冷藏的企業(yè)估計(jì)近 20000家；食品冷凍、冷藏業(yè)直接從業(yè)人員約有80萬(wàn)人；我國(guó)速凍食品的產(chǎn)量目前估計(jì)已接近450萬(wàn)噸/年；冷凍飲品的產(chǎn)量今年將突破150萬(wàn)噸。食品冷藏運(yùn)輸技術(shù)是將食品，特別是易腐食品從一個(gè)地方通過(guò)科學(xué)的手段和特殊的運(yùn)輸工具在特別的運(yùn)輸條件下迅速完好的把食品運(yùn)送到另一個(gè)地方的專(zhuān)門(mén)技術(shù)科學(xué)的食品冷藏運(yùn)輸對(duì)食品資源的開(kāi)發(fā)利用，提高食品產(chǎn)、運(yùn)、銷(xiāo)，增加食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)效益，改善和提高人民健康、生活水平具有重要意義。目前社會(huì)上生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作的冷藏車(chē)大多存在種種不足,例如制冷效能差,能耗大等等。本課題采用真空絕熱板作為絕熱材料,設(shè)計(jì)具有高絕熱性能的冷藏車(chē)。設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容有:制冷動(dòng)力與車(chē)動(dòng)力一體化;設(shè)計(jì)獨(dú)立動(dòng)力切斷裝置;發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)與壓縮機(jī)連接方式；冷藏箱與底盤(pán)的連接方式；壓縮機(jī)制冷容量的選擇及選型；發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的選擇。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of our country's highway, the interior transportation expand gradually, the road refrigeration truck transportation demonstrates its fast developing tendency by degrees. Because the enhancement of collecting transport and the consciousness of environmental protection, the cargo transport not only require rapidness and safe, but also the freshness in quality .According to the incomplete statistical survey , the general capacity of refrigerating storage industry has break through 7 million tons per time until the end of the year of 2003.In our country,the companys refer to food refrigerate have exceed 20 thousand .The persons undertake this industry have exceed 800 thousands. The oueput of freeze food estimate have nearly 450 thousands tons per year.The output of refrigerate drink will break though 1.5 million tons. The technology of food refrigerate transportation is transport the food,especially some putrescibility food from a place to another place rapidly and successfully. The technology of food refrigerate transportation improve the food product , transport , sell, the health , living standard increasing food product classics beneficial result , improvement and improving the people have importance. At present, produce the refrigerator truck operating socially mostly existence a variety of prollem such as the refrigeration efficacy is shortage, energy consumption is big and so on. The problem use vacuum insulation board to be lagging material , designs the refrigerator car having the high heat insulation function. The main content designing that has: Refrigeration driving force and vehicle driving force must be unified; Design the independent driving force cut-out device; The engine and the compression engine link way;The connection way of refrigerator and the chassis; Compression engine refrigeration capacities choice and selections type; The choice of engine .
