摘要
汽車轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)分為機械式轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)和動力力式式轉(zhuǎn)向系。其中動力式的是在機械轉(zhuǎn)向器基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展的。
動力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)是一套兼用駕駛員體力和發(fā)動機動力為轉(zhuǎn)向能源的轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)。在正常情況下,汽車轉(zhuǎn)向所需的能量只有一小部分由駕駛員提供,而大部分能量由發(fā)動機通過轉(zhuǎn)向加力裝置提供。但在轉(zhuǎn)向加力裝置失效時,一般還應(yīng)當能由駕駛員獨立承擔汽車轉(zhuǎn)向任務(wù)。因此,在今天,動力式轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)因其優(yōu)良的穩(wěn)定性和可操作性開始壟斷市場。而滑閥式常流液壓動力轉(zhuǎn)向器由于其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,造價低,泄漏較少,消耗功率較小等優(yōu)點曾被廣泛應(yīng)用。例如斯達-斯太爾91系列、CQ30290、黃河地盤等均采用滑閥式常流液壓動力轉(zhuǎn)向器。
因此,本設(shè)計將針對重型載貨汽車,進行滑閥式常流液壓助力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計計算。

Abstract
Automotive steering system is divided into mechanical power steering system and power steering system type. One type is the mechanical power steering on the basis of development.
Power steering systems use either a driver's manual and engine power steering system for the transition energy. For example, Star - Steyr 91 series, CQ30290, the Yellow River site Dengjun using slide-valve type constant flow hydraulic power steering.
Therefore, the design for the heavy-duty truck to carry out regular flow of slide-valve-type hydraulic power steering gear design calculations.
