自從H型鋼自動(dòng)組對(duì)機(jī)投入使用以來(lái),由于其對(duì)H型鋼技術(shù)參數(shù)保證的決定性作用而成為組對(duì)工序中必不可少的設(shè)備。H型鋼自動(dòng)組對(duì)機(jī)工作首選切割機(jī)下料,將平整后的鋼板(包括翼緣板和腹板)吊放進(jìn)組對(duì)機(jī)軌道上,用組對(duì)機(jī)的夾緊裝置進(jìn)行翼板和腹板初步夾緊定位,由主動(dòng)輸入輥道將工件輸入主機(jī),主機(jī)上事先調(diào)整好腹板和翼板基準(zhǔn)尺寸,也就是可將工件準(zhǔn)確定位點(diǎn)焊,然后自動(dòng)循環(huán)按鈕,進(jìn)行頭部定位點(diǎn)焊,然后將點(diǎn)好的H型鋼用龍門(mén)吊吊離組對(duì)機(jī)后,進(jìn)入下一道工序。H型鋼組對(duì)機(jī)是保證H型鋼技術(shù)參數(shù)的重要設(shè)備,主要由四個(gè)大型傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)組成,具體包括:腹板上壓輪傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)、翼板左右定位夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)、腹板左右定位夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)及輸入輸出輥道傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)等。腹板上壓輪傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)采用液壓夾緊,使用的動(dòng)力由液壓缸傳遞至上壓輪,上壓輪外部中心處采用V型槽設(shè)計(jì),能確保規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)不同寬窄的腹板定位準(zhǔn)確和自動(dòng)對(duì)中準(zhǔn)確,不需要每次重新調(diào)整;上壓輪內(nèi)部采用推力軸承,不僅能方便H型鋼在輥道上傳輸,還可使H型鋼腹板在傳輸時(shí)能夠充分接觸到翼板, 對(duì)于H型鋼截面高度尺寸的保證,起到了重要作用。
