定壓式容積節(jié)流調(diào)速回路實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要
液壓基本回路是指能實(shí)現(xiàn)某種特定功能的液壓元件的組合。任何液壓系統(tǒng)都是由一些基本回路組成的。本文對(duì)定壓式容積節(jié)流調(diào)速回路實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析設(shè)計(jì)。
首先,本文分析了簡(jiǎn)單的容積節(jié)流調(diào)速基本回路的原理,在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出定壓式容積節(jié)流調(diào)速回路系統(tǒng)原理圖;其次,根據(jù)液壓傳動(dòng)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算,選擇合適的液壓元件;再次,根據(jù)元件的安裝位置及實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)原則,進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置整體框架結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì);最后,對(duì)本次設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)裝置進(jìn)行性能驗(yàn)算,包括壓力損失的驗(yàn)算和系統(tǒng)溫升校核環(huán)節(jié)。
通過(guò)相關(guān)理論數(shù)據(jù)的驗(yàn)算,本次設(shè)計(jì)的液壓實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)裝置能完成定壓式容積節(jié)流調(diào)速回路實(shí)驗(yàn)。

Abstract
Hydraulic basic circuit refers to the combination of hydraulic components to achieve a specific function.Any hydraulic system is composed of some basic loops[1]. In this paper,the experiment device of constant pressure type volume throttling speed control circuit design has carried on the detailed analysis and design.
First of all,this article analyzes the simple volume throttling speed control circuit of the basic principle,on this basis, summed up the principle of constant pressure type volume throttling speed control circuit system diagram. Secondly, according to the theory of hydraulic drive related data calculation,choose the appropriate hydraulic components.Again, according to component design principle, installation position and test bench experiment device of the overall frame structure design. Finally, for the design of experimental device for performance check, including calculating the pressure loss and temperature rise of the system check.
Through calculating the theoretical data, the design of the hydraulic pressure test device can accomplish constant pressure type volume throttling speed control circuit experiment.
