硬幣自動(dòng)分選清點(diǎn)機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)【自動(dòng)分選、清點(diǎn)和包裝】,自動(dòng)分選、清點(diǎn)和包裝,硬幣自動(dòng)分選清點(diǎn)機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)【自動(dòng)分選、清點(diǎn)和包裝】,硬幣,自動(dòng),分選,清點(diǎn),盤點(diǎn),機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì),以及,包裝 硬幣自動(dòng)分選清點(diǎn)機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 硬幣自動(dòng)分選清點(diǎn)機(jī)是一種集自動(dòng)分選、清點(diǎn)和包裝于一體的小型機(jī)械。本設(shè)計(jì)式為了使硬幣的處理更加便捷，解決現(xiàn)今社會(huì)硬幣逐步增大的流通量，以及硬幣的處理不便的問題。經(jīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)品的調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，現(xiàn)今已有的硬幣分選機(jī)構(gòu)基本都不具備包裝功能。在此次的設(shè)計(jì)中，針對(duì)這個(gè)缺陷，設(shè)計(jì)出了以一個(gè)螺旋料槽扭動(dòng)式電磁振動(dòng)給料機(jī)、一個(gè)直線料槽往復(fù)式電磁振動(dòng)給料機(jī)、三個(gè)縱封包裝機(jī)、一個(gè)推桿機(jī)構(gòu)和三個(gè)機(jī)械手，以及電子計(jì)數(shù)器結(jié)合而成的硬幣自動(dòng)分選清點(diǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)。硬幣自動(dòng)分選清點(diǎn)機(jī)利用電磁振動(dòng)給料機(jī)的振動(dòng)以對(duì)硬幣進(jìn)行定向、排列與分選。螺旋料槽扭動(dòng)式電磁振動(dòng)給料機(jī)在本設(shè)計(jì)中承擔(dān)的主要是硬幣的定向與排列，直線料槽往復(fù)式電磁振動(dòng)給料機(jī)主要運(yùn)用于硬幣的分選，縱封包裝機(jī)、機(jī)械手與推桿機(jī)構(gòu)組成了一個(gè)可縱封與橫封的包裝機(jī)構(gòu)，電子計(jì)數(shù)器則用于硬幣的清點(diǎn)。根據(jù)對(duì)電磁振動(dòng)給料機(jī)、縱封包裝機(jī)以及機(jī)械手電磁鐵的選用和吸力參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)，對(duì)機(jī)械手夾緊力參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)和對(duì)推桿機(jī)構(gòu)的參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)及強(qiáng)度校核，符合所設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)械的工作要求，通過這些局部設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，證明了硬幣自動(dòng)分選清點(diǎn)機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)理論是可行的。以它的實(shí)用性，將比其他的硬幣分選機(jī)構(gòu)有更高的效率。 關(guān)鍵詞：硬幣清點(diǎn)，自動(dòng)分選，機(jī)械手，電磁振動(dòng)給料機(jī) ABSTRACT Automatic coin counting and sorting machine is a small machine having functions with automatically sorting, counting and packaging. The design wants to make the coin processing convenient, and solves the increasing circulation of coins in present-day society and the inconvenient coin processing. Through a research to the products with the coin sorting machines, we found the existing coin sorting machines almost have no the function of package nowadays. In the design, with the shortcoming, a coin counting and sorting machine is designed with a twisting spiral electromagnetic vibratory feeder, an electromagnetic reciprocating linear vibration feeder, three vertical sealing packing machines, a putter machine and three robots grouping together. The coin counting and sorting machine use the electromagnetic vibratory feeder to direct, arrange and sort for coins. The a twisting spiral electromagnetic vibratory feeder is used to direct and arrange, the electromagnetic reciprocating linear vibration feeder is used to sort coins, a machine which group with the vertical sealing packing machine, the robot and the putter machine can finish the vertical seal and horizontal seal, and the digital counter is used to count coins. The parameter design including the selection of electromagnet and electromagnetic suction of the electromagnetic vibratory feeder, the vertical sealing packing machine and the robot, the clamping force of the industrial robot and the putter machine and the strength check satisfy the job requirement. Through these designs and calculating, it is confirmed that the design theory of the automatic coin counting and sorting machine is right.
