摘 要
本文通過對我國汽車舉升機(jī)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查、研究、分析,參考國內(nèi)外解決舉升機(jī)安全與穩(wěn)定性問題的解決措施,對幾種舉升機(jī)進(jìn)行了分析,并結(jié)合我國舉升機(jī)存在的實(shí)際情況,提出了適合我國汽車修理行業(yè)的四柱式汽車舉升機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)方案。
本文首先闡述了四柱式汽車舉升機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的目的和意義、發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及應(yīng)用前景。分析論證了一種舉升承載質(zhì)量為3.5t的四柱式汽車舉升機(jī)總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,進(jìn)行了舉升機(jī)構(gòu)的機(jī)械系統(tǒng)、液壓系統(tǒng)、電氣系統(tǒng)等主要機(jī)構(gòu)的方案分析和選擇,并對機(jī)械部分進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動分析以及強(qiáng)度和剛度的校核計(jì)算,對液壓系統(tǒng)及電氣系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算。本課題基于計(jì)算機(jī)仿真平臺,應(yīng)用當(dāng)前CAD/CAE領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用比較廣泛的二維軟件AutoCAD、三維軟Pro/E、有限元軟件ANSYS及動力學(xué)仿真軟件ADAMS,進(jìn)行汽車舉升機(jī)二維圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)、三維實(shí)體建模、舉升機(jī)的強(qiáng)度、剛度、穩(wěn)定性及動態(tài)特性等方面的計(jì)算機(jī)仿真研究與分析,可以代替舉升機(jī)物理樣機(jī)的前期試驗(yàn),為我國汽車舉升機(jī)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)、技術(shù)開發(fā)方面提供更多的理論參考,進(jìn)一步提高國產(chǎn)汽車舉升機(jī)的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性,提高產(chǎn)品的市場競爭力。

ABSTRACT
In this paper, the status quo of China's automotive lift investigation, research, analysis, refer to lift at home and abroad to resolve the issue of security and stability of the solutions of several lift analysis, combined with the existence of our country lift the actual situation, put forward for China's auto repair industry, four-post car lift design.
This paper described the first four-post car lift for the purpose and significance of design, development and application prospects. Analysis demonstrated that the quality of a 3.5t load lifting the four-post car lift design program, a lifting mechanism of the mechanical system, hydraulic system, electrical system and other major institutions of program analysis and selection, and mechanical parts of the motion analysis, as well as strength and stiffness of the calculation of the calibration of the hydraulic system and electrical system design and calculation. The subject of computer-based simulation platform, the application of current CAD / CAE broader field of application of two-dimensional software, AutoCAD, three-dimensional soft-Pro / E, the finite element software ANSYS and dynamic simulation software ADAMS, two-dimensional drawings for the design of car lift, three-dimensional Solid Modeling, lift the strength, stiffness, stability and dynamic characteristics of such areas as research and analysis of computer simulation, can replace the lift of the pre-physical prototype testing, car lift for our product design, technology development theory to provide more information to further improve China-made auto lift stability and reliability, and increase market competitiveness.
