汽車(chē)主減速器設(shè)計(jì)
摘要
汽車(chē)主減速器是汽車(chē)驅(qū)動(dòng)橋中非常重要的傳力部件,主減速器也是汽車(chē)上最關(guān)鍵的部件之一。
本次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是為汽車(chē)設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理、工作性能可靠的主減速器。該主減速器將設(shè)計(jì)成單級(jí)圓柱齒輪減速器。與多級(jí)主減速器相比,可以保證離地間隙較小,但不影響傳動(dòng)比,此外單級(jí)主減速器還具有很多優(yōu)點(diǎn),比如結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,噪聲小,以及使用壽命長(zhǎng)。本次設(shè)計(jì)包括了單級(jí)主減速器的各零部件的設(shè)計(jì)以及其相應(yīng)參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)和校核過(guò)程。設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容為:主減速器齒輪和軸的設(shè)計(jì),主減速器結(jié)構(gòu)的選擇。主減速器在汽車(chē)傳動(dòng)系中的主要作用是減小轉(zhuǎn)速、增大扭矩,通過(guò)齒數(shù)少的圓柱齒輪與齒數(shù)多的圓柱齒輪嚙合傳動(dòng)。
設(shè)計(jì)好減速器后通過(guò)ADAMS軟件對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)好的準(zhǔn)雙曲線(xiàn)圓柱齒輪仿真,對(duì)建立好的齒輪模型添加約束使之運(yùn)動(dòng),結(jié)合實(shí)際計(jì)算和測(cè)試的結(jié)果,采用虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù)研究準(zhǔn)雙曲線(xiàn)齒輪,將實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)計(jì)算出的結(jié)果和動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真得出的結(jié)果對(duì)比分析,得出主減速器準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪運(yùn)動(dòng)和工作狀況,為本次設(shè)計(jì)提供相應(yīng)的理論依據(jù)。

Abstract:
Automobile reduction final drive is one of the best impossible parts in automobile gearing.It can change speed and driving tuist within a big scope.
The ?aim is to?the?car?to?be?reasonable,The graduation design is designed for the car reasonable structure, reliable performance of the main reducer.This?main?gear?box?is?composed?of?a?level?of?gear?reductions.Compares?with?the?Multi - stage main reducer,this kind of design Can ensure that the ground clearance is small.But does not affect the transmission ratio.after that, single-stage main reducer also has many good advantages,for example the?noise of single-stage main reducer?is?smaller,can use a?long?time and?so?on?.The?design?mainly?includes:Main?gear?box?structure?choice,verification of the corresponding parameters.The?main use of the ?reducer?in?the?transmission?lines?used?to?reduce?vehicle?speed,also increased?the?torque.Through the small number of teeth to promote the more number of cylindrical gears cylindrical gear drive.
The dynamic model of?hypoid?gears?is?established?by Adams software,and the driving force are considered.Then. Add a constraint on the established gear model to make it move.finally ,through?the?comparative?analysis?of?the?actual?testing?results,and?the?dynamic?simulation?results.The actual compare of the design by the calculated results and so on .simulation of the results then analysis it.Verify the design by theoretical basis.
