摘 要
掛車前橋和懸架是掛車一個(gè)重要的組成部分。在查閱相關(guān)資料后,根據(jù)掛車前轉(zhuǎn)向橋和懸架的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、工作原理定設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容包括:轉(zhuǎn)向從動(dòng)橋前梁、轉(zhuǎn)向從動(dòng)橋轉(zhuǎn)向節(jié)、轉(zhuǎn)向從動(dòng)橋主銷和轉(zhuǎn)向節(jié)襯套的設(shè)計(jì)和校核,以及鋼板彈簧懸架的設(shè)計(jì)和校核。本設(shè)計(jì)采用工字型前梁并稍向下彎曲,已達(dá)到降低重心和提高剛度的作用。在前梁初步計(jì)算完成之后會(huì)用有限元ANSYS進(jìn)行靜力學(xué)分析,以保證設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量。掛車懸架把車架和車軸彈性的連接起來(lái)。它的主要功用是傳遞作用在車輪和車身之間的一切力和力矩,比如支撐力、制動(dòng)力和驅(qū)動(dòng)力等,并且緩和有不平路面?zhèn)鹘o車身的沖擊載荷,衰減由此引起的震動(dòng),保證乘員舒適性,減小貨物和車輛本身的動(dòng)載荷。由于鋼板彈簧結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,制造成本低,維修方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),所以本設(shè)計(jì)主要采用有主副簧的鋼板彈簧作為彈性元件。
