摘 要
掘進(jìn)機(jī)是一種較先進(jìn)的井下掘進(jìn)設(shè)備。行走機(jī)構(gòu)由履帶、支重輪、托鏈輪、引導(dǎo)輪、驅(qū)動(dòng)輪、張緊裝置、行星齒輪減速器、液壓馬達(dá)和履帶架等部分組成。按照掘進(jìn)機(jī)行走部及行走減速器的工作原理進(jìn)行初步設(shè)計(jì)。在此基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)對(duì)此題目的分析以及對(duì)一些相關(guān)書(shū)籍和文獻(xiàn)的查閱，進(jìn)一步研究掘進(jìn)機(jī)行走部的設(shè)計(jì)及行走減速器的設(shè)計(jì)原理。設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)應(yīng)在于行走部的履帶行走機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及行走減速器的行星傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)。首先闡述行走部的履帶行走機(jī)構(gòu)的一般結(jié)構(gòu)，簡(jiǎn)易的敘述總體方案設(shè)計(jì)，其次對(duì)減速器進(jìn)行細(xì)致的設(shè)計(jì)，包括行星減速器的選擇、計(jì)算、校核。通過(guò)研究掘進(jìn)機(jī)行走部及行走減速器的基本原理，獲得了大量有關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)掘進(jìn)機(jī)行走部及行走減速器的要領(lǐng)。

Abstract
Machine is a kind of more advanced tunneling of the equipment. Walking by the crawler, roller, chain wheel, guide wheel, driving wheel, tensioning device, the planetary gear reducer, hydraulic motor and crawler frame parts. According to the machine walking and walking speed reducer of the principle for preliminary design. On this basis, through the analysis of this subject and some related books and literature consult, further study of walking machine design and walking speed reducer design principle. Design should focus lies in the design of the department the crawler walking mechanism of walking and walking speed reducer planetary transmission design. First in this paper, the general structure of the crawler walking mechanism of walking, overall design simple narrative, second gear reducer for detailed design, including the selection of planetary gear reducer, calculation and checking. By studying the walking walking machine and the basic principle of gear reducer, won a large number of relevant design machine walking and walking speed reducer of the point.
