汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著重要作用。新能源汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)是戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè),發(fā)展節(jié)能汽車(chē)是推動(dòng)節(jié)能減排的有效舉措。目前能源和環(huán)境問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)重,社會(huì)輿論壓力空前,大力發(fā)展節(jié)能與新能源汽車(chē)是解決能源環(huán)境問(wèn)題的有效途徑,同時(shí)也是實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的有力舉措。由于現(xiàn)代汽車(chē)越來(lái)越追求舒適性,安全性。所以新能源汽車(chē)車(chē)身的設(shè)計(jì)工作越來(lái)越重要。側(cè)圍作為車(chē)身的重要組成部分,具有較大的研究意義。本課題根據(jù)側(cè)圍的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),結(jié)合人機(jī)工程學(xué),及碰撞安全性,及車(chē)身四大工藝。著重側(cè)圍總成的設(shè)計(jì)流程,及建模方法。

制定側(cè)圍設(shè)計(jì)方案,設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)斷面。根據(jù)斷面進(jìn)行三維建模。完成裝配圖以及零件圖

Development of side design for new energy vehicles in China
Abstract
The interior and exterior decoration of the car is a new domestic industry in recent years, mainly for the decoration of automobile and the use of automobile ornaments. It includes the interior decoration of the roof of the car, the decoration of the side and door , the decoration of the dashboard, the decoration of the seat, the decoration of the floor and the decoration of the interior decoration. But the mainstream trend is mainly comfortable and beautiful, so as to improve the aesthetics and practicability of the interior room and comfort.
The main content of this paper is about the design of the new energy vehicle side circumference. According to the data, the structure characteristics of automobile side girth are understood and grasped, the craft analysis of automobil e side circumference is carried out, and the design and research of its concave and convex die are carried out. The overall scheme of automobile side circumference is designed to understand the structure of the side section. Three-dimensional modeling is carried out according to its cross-section structure. Complete assembly drawings. This paper is not only a good experience for my university four years, but also a foundation for future study and work.

1.Introduction
With the growth of the global economy, the current international demand for the automobile industry has reached more than 1 million per year. This is only the demand for small bridge cars, with a total vehicle production of more than 1.5 million vehicles. At present, the market is dominated by cars. At present, all automotive companies produce heavy, medium and light models, including cars, trucks and SUVs as the leading industry. Of course, most of the cars are already the mainstream now. Cars need a very high technological level for their own manufacture, and the demand is also very large. Precisely because of the huge demand, So what he represents is the overall level of industrial development in a country; as a personal step. Tools, the future market of the automobile industry is also quite huge. With the improvement of the daily average level of people, the automobile market is developing in an irresistible way, compared with those in the mature period of the international automobile industry. Car as the mainstream has become an inevitable choice, side as an important part of the external decoration, integrated the car door frame and other important accessories. It has great significance in research. According to the structural characteristics of side girth, combined with ergonomics and collision safety, the design and modeling of vehicle side girth are emphasized.
The body of the body is mostly side wall. The side enclosure is the base of the side. The side plate is in the decisive role in the whole body development process, limiting and affecting the welding sequence and welding connection in the body manufacturing process. The design time is more than half of the whole body design process, in the process of designing the product and manufacturing process of the mould. It also occupies a large proportion. The development of the whole body design will be affected by the development process of the side and external parts. This requires that we carefully consider and study the layout of the side plates and the layout of the components that match the side pa nels at the beginning of the design and development. Do not change the side circumference of the component design. According to the A aspect of the vehicle, consider the requirements of the process and demonstrate the production of the model. Side panels are designed on the basis of side panels and typical profile lines. And the welding relationship of the whole body should be considered and the welding sequence should be set to ensure the overall strength of the side girth. If the larger surface is modified, the layout of the device in the design room wil l need to be redesigned. After all, car side design is an important component of body design.
The role of the body side circumference assembly is: A. Commuters and drivers are able to enter and leave the cab normally. Sealing, waterproof, dustproof, sound insulation, etc. Connect the floor, front, top, and back girth to form an inner and outer body. The side girth assembly is usually welded by the side outer plate, the side ring inner plate, the side girth strengthening plate and so on, thus the construction becomes a whole, which impel the body to form a closed structure and improve theoveral strengthof the body. In order to effectively protect the safety of passengers and drivers.
Ergoomics is a very important problem in the process of bod y design. This requires that we must have a certain understanding of the side circumference. If divided from the functional aspect, the side-by-side system can be divided into three categories: basic body, functional parts , decorative parts. For the design of the side-girth system, its base piece is the side-girth. However, the basic side of the function is the following two: support protection and is installed.
The side plate is often regarded as the skeleton of the car and the vibration and load between other parts of the body. In addition, it is also an indispensable part of other body components connected.
From the point of view of protecting passengers, I think the traditional side walk can be considered as a three-dimensional topology. It should be able to use the deformation of its own materials in a series of traffic accidents, such as vehicle collisions, overturning or other equipment, to reduce impact and reduce energy transmission. In the frontal collision of vehicles, the cockpit can absorb the impact through the deformation of the side wall in the collision accident, reduce the degree of deformation of the cockpit, and ensure the survival space of the passengers. In side impact and rollover accidents, the side plate needs to provide a very small volume of deformation to reduce the impact energy and facilitate the flight of the crew.
Through the research and development of the body side body system, the design method of the body side circumference is understood step by step. By optimizing the body design and studying the development of portable body, this paper provides a reference for the development of environmental protection and energy saving vehicles in the future. This paper tries to catch up with the design ideas and methods of the traditional automobile giant countries, accumulate the experience of the future development of the automobile body in China, and produce high performance vehicles suitable for all the people through the combination of ergonomics.
2. The content and implementation method of the thesis
The essence of the rapid development and modification of the side girth is to automatically update the side-by-side model according to the original default design standards and geometric constraints when the overall design parameters or the side design parameters are changed. And change the geometric physical quantity which needs to be changed in the lateral model. It can not only guarantee the initial cause of the side wall design, but also guarantee the integrity of the side wall. It also helps designers avoid boredom and helps them save time, improve productivity, reduce work intensity, and give them more time to try and consider more options. There is considerable time to find the best design from the solution. Through product design By modifying the dimension geometry simply, the streamlined design data model can be used to evaluate the optimal design scheme. You can uickly refer to and then come up with more design options for use.
The main research directions and ideas of this thesis include:
1. study the fast and simple development steps of the side fence, and construct the theoretical model based on this idea.
2. By synthesizing the opinions of the experts, the data model and the processing method of each model unit are improved.
3. This paper studies the concrete application of digital and analog engineering in the rapid development of side enclosure, and puts forward their realization methods.
4. Explore the typical parts of the body's side circumference and create a typical partial database.
5. Carry on the system development and method verification of the car body side-girth rapid development system.
6. Design dimension of side shell and related software design work.
3. Historical retrospect and Development Direction of the side girth Design of New Energy vehicles
China's auto industry returned to steady growth in 2017 after a decade of rapid growth. In terms of long-term economic development, the impact of market consumer demand guided by national policies is relatively short-lived. After all, the rapid development of the automobile industry in recent years has contributed more to the growth of GDP in our country and has a huge impact on the economy. Although the introduction of local purchase restrictions has had some impact on auto sales as a whole, the growth of the economy has not stopped the continued growth of the auto industry.
First of all, as people's incomes continue to increase, China's per capita consumption level continues to rise, there will be no sharp increase or decrease. Most of China still offers huge growth space for auto sales, with sales reaching 28.8789 million vehicles by 2017, an increase of 3.04 from a year earlier, according to statistics. Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chongqing and other 46 first-tier cities and some of the second-tier cities as many as 60 million cars. These cities account for 1/3 of the country's total car sales, and there is still plenty of room in the second-and-third-tier cities.
Second, the advent of new energy vehicles has developed and vigorously promoted the developmen t of the automobile market. In order to meet the trend of the times, all the major automobile countries have made relevant positive policies . In China, the new energy vehicle market is positively influenced by the policies. As a result, it has made remarkable sales achievements, and at the same time, a big economic country such as the United States has also adopted policies that are quite different from ours. The United States has increased the promotion of new energy vehicles by making great efforts to improve its infrastructure. Better integration of new energy vehicles into the U.S. market will enable the American people to accept the integration of new energy vehicles.
With the development of economic integration and the deepening of industrial division, the automobile industry of China, Brazil and the non-densely populated emerging countries is developing more rapidly. As a result, the global auto market position is rising every day. Of course, India, Russia and other countries have also developed rapidly in recent years. Of course, all this cannot be separated from the emerging automobile market and become a new force in the global automobile industry. To enable international auto giants and local auto companies to join the capacity of emerging auto markets.
Second, the U.S., Japan, Germany and France, the old car power before the production has been significantly affected by the economic crisis. But overall levels remained relatively stable, with global car production returning to 2007 levels in 2010. Meanwhile, according to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, total auto production and sales in China increased rapidly in 2016, reaching a record high. Compared with the same period in 2015, the growth rate was 14.76 percent and 13.7percent respectively, up from 11.5 percent and 9.0 percent respectively in the same period last year.
The global auto market is expected to continue to grow steadily in the coming years as demand from emerging market countries continues to grow, according to the 2017 forecast for global auto consumption by the Chinese auto industry. Global car sales are expected to rise to 113.59 million in four years by 2022.
4.Conclusion
At present, the research on the rapid design method of automobile body side girth is an important goal of modern body sid e design. The development of 3D modeling accelerates the design of aut omobile side circumference to a greater extent and improves the design efficiency. The design solution is optimized, so CAD will become the direction of automob ile design in the future. In the process of graduation design, people feel tha t catia s oftware is very effective in improving design efficiency, design software is universal, not only in terms of car design, but it is necessary to build a modeling data mo del. More able to meet the needs of automotive design, improve automotive design In terms of parameterization, the quality of the side parts can be completed by modifying s ome dimension parameters. In terms of the advantages of parameterization in computer aided design (CAD), Changing the side design from empirical design to data design, reducing the workload of design engineers, reducing the time of modeling task design, and applying more time to the innovation of body side structure. Improve the ability of independent technological innovation in China's automobile manufacturing industry.
This paper makes a detailed analysis on the concept and structure optimization of the side wall design , but it is not enough in the analysis of the data model and the three - dimensional model . It is hope d that the correspondin g deficiency can be found in the future work study , and the problem can be solved step by step .
Car side design is a very complex project, in the design process of this paper, the application of theoretical knowledge is not well demonstrated, I hope that in the future work I can find relevant problems and gradually change. These are the ideas and feelings I got during the design of the sidewalk, as well as the overall design process and direction of thinking. 1.論文研究的目的和意義

車(chē)身大都是側(cè)壁組成。側(cè)圍外板是側(cè)圍的基準(zhǔn),側(cè)板在整個(gè)車(chē)身開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中處于決定作用,限制和影響著車(chē)身制造過(guò)程中的焊接順序和焊接連接。它的設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間占整個(gè)車(chē)身設(shè)計(jì)流程的一半以上,在設(shè)計(jì)加工模具的產(chǎn)品和制造工藝的過(guò)程中,它也占據(jù)了很大的比例,整個(gè)車(chē)身設(shè)計(jì)的開(kāi)發(fā)將受到側(cè)壁和外部零件的開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)程影響。這就要求我們?cè)陂_(kāi)始設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)時(shí)認(rèn)真考慮和研究側(cè)板的布局和與側(cè)板匹配的部件的布置。由于組件布局中的缺陷,相對(duì)組件布局的改進(jìn),請(qǐng)勿更改側(cè)圍的組件設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)車(chē)輛的A方面,考慮過(guò)程的要求并演示模型的生產(chǎn)。側(cè)面板的設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)是側(cè)面板和典型剖面線。并且要考慮整個(gè)車(chē)身的焊接關(guān)系,焊接順序的設(shè)置也為了確保側(cè)圍的整體強(qiáng)度要求打下基礎(chǔ)。如果修改較大的表面,則需要重新設(shè)計(jì)室內(nèi)裝置的布局。畢竟汽車(chē)的側(cè)圍設(shè)計(jì)是車(chē)身設(shè)計(jì)的重要構(gòu)成單元。
車(chē)身側(cè)圍總成的作用:a.乘車(chē)員及駕車(chē)員能夠正常進(jìn)出于駕駛室內(nèi);b.密封、防水、防塵、隔音等;c.連接地板、前圍、頂蓋、后圍使車(chē)體形成有內(nèi)外之分的整體;d.為各種功能及裝飾件實(shí)現(xiàn)安裝和承受來(lái)自這些件的作用力(如:安全帶拉力,開(kāi)門(mén)拉手拉力等);e.承受來(lái)自于整車(chē)的各種扭力及碰撞時(shí)保護(hù)乘車(chē)人員安全的碰撞力。
側(cè)圍總成一般是由側(cè)圍外板、側(cè)圍內(nèi)板、側(cè)圍加強(qiáng)板等分總成依次焊接而成,從而構(gòu)建成為了一個(gè)整體,促使車(chē)身形成封閉結(jié)構(gòu),提高車(chē)身的整體的強(qiáng)度。從而有效的保護(hù)了乘車(chē)人員和駕車(chē)人員的安全。
人體工程學(xué)是車(chē)身設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中的一個(gè)非常重要的問(wèn)題。這就要求我們必須對(duì)側(cè)圍有一定的了解。如果從功能方面劃分,并排系統(tǒng)可以分為三大類(lèi):基礎(chǔ)本體,功能件,裝飾件。對(duì)于側(cè)圍系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),它的基礎(chǔ)件就是側(cè)圍。然而側(cè)圍的基本功能就以下兩種:支撐保護(hù)和是安裝。
側(cè)板常常被人們認(rèn)為是汽車(chē)的骨架,是其他車(chē)身部件之間相互的振動(dòng)和載荷。此外,它還是其他車(chē)身組件連接的不可少部件。
僅從保護(hù)乘車(chē)人員的角度來(lái)看,我認(rèn)為傳統(tǒng)的側(cè)圍可以被認(rèn)為是一種三維拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)。它應(yīng)該能夠在一系列交通事故中使用其自身材料的變形,例如車(chē)輛碰撞,翻車(chē)或其他設(shè)備,以減少?zèng)_擊并減少能量傳輸。在車(chē)輛的正面碰撞事故中,駕駛艙可以通過(guò)碰撞事故中側(cè)壁的變形來(lái)吸收沖擊,減少駕駛艙的變形程度,保證乘客所需的生存空間。在側(cè)面碰撞和側(cè)翻事故中,側(cè)板需要提供變形的體積非常小,來(lái)減小沖擊能量,方便乘員逃跑。
通過(guò)對(duì)車(chē)身側(cè)體的系統(tǒng)研發(fā),逐步了解了車(chē)身側(cè)圍的設(shè)計(jì)方法。通過(guò)優(yōu)化車(chē)身設(shè)計(jì),研究輕便車(chē)身的開(kāi)發(fā),為未來(lái)環(huán)保節(jié)能車(chē)輛的發(fā)展提供參考。力求趕上傳統(tǒng)汽車(chē)巨頭國(guó)家的設(shè)計(jì)理念和方法,積累未來(lái)中國(guó)汽車(chē)車(chē)身發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過(guò)人體工程學(xué)的組合,生產(chǎn)出適合一切人群的高性能車(chē)輛。
2.論文研究的內(nèi)容和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法

2017年,中國(guó)汽車(chē)行業(yè)在過(guò)去十年迅速發(fā)展之后,恢復(fù)了穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)。就中長(zhǎng)期經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展來(lái)看,以國(guó)家政策為導(dǎo)向的市場(chǎng)消費(fèi)需求的影響還是相對(duì)短暫的,畢竟汽車(chē)行業(yè)近幾年的快速發(fā)張對(duì)我國(guó) GDP的增長(zhǎng)貢獻(xiàn)較高,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)有巨大的拉到作用,雖然地方性限購(gòu)政策的出臺(tái)導(dǎo)致對(duì)汽車(chē)行業(yè)整體售出的影響有一定的影響,不過(guò)由于人們經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)還是阻止不了汽車(chē)行業(yè)的持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)。
首先,隨著人們收入的不斷增加,中國(guó)人均消費(fèi)水平繼續(xù)上升,不會(huì)有急劇增加或減少。中國(guó)大部分地區(qū)仍然為汽車(chē)行業(yè)的銷(xiāo)售提供巨大的發(fā)展空間,據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),截止2017年,我國(guó)汽車(chē)銷(xiāo)量已高達(dá)2887.89萬(wàn)輛,同比增長(zhǎng)3.04%。北京,上海,廣州,深圳,重慶等46個(gè)一線城市和部分二線城市的汽車(chē)數(shù)量高達(dá)6000萬(wàn)輛。這些城市的銷(xiāo)量在全國(guó)汽車(chē)總擁有量的占據(jù)了三分之一的大比例,而且在二三線城市市場(chǎng)空間依舊還是很大的。
其次,新能源汽車(chē)的問(wèn)世已發(fā)展也大力的推動(dòng)了汽車(chē)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展。一定程度上促進(jìn)了汽車(chē)產(chǎn)量的持續(xù)飆升,為了迎
