畢業(yè)設計(論文)摘 要專用機床銑削頭 ZX32 的設計為了滿足機械制造業(yè)日益廣闊的各種使用要求,機床品種的發(fā)展與日俱增,各種高效率自動化機床、精密機床以及適應加工特殊形狀和特殊材料需要的專用機床不斷發(fā)展。銑削頭是專用機床的重要部件,研究銑削頭的結構設計及計算具有重要意義。本文通過對專用機床銑削頭 ZX32 傳動系統(tǒng)的結構設計,確定了結構型式及傳動比,完成了銑削頭齒輪傳動設計及軸的結構設計及力學計算,初算傳動軸的直徑、齒輪的模數(shù);確定銑削頭尺寸及設計傳動路線。驗算傳動軸的直徑,齒輪模數(shù),并驗算主軸的剛度。完成了銑削頭結構設計,繪制了完整的圖紙。本課題研究能為相應的機床銑削頭動力系統(tǒng)設計提供參考。關鍵詞:專用機床 銑削頭 齒輪傳動 結構設計畢業(yè)設計(論文)ABSTRACTSpecial Machine Milling Head ZX32 DesignIn order to meet the various requirements of the increasingly wide use of machinery manufacturing industry, the development of machine varieties growing, all kinds of high automation tool, precision machine tools and adapt to the special machine needs special shape and special material development.
