After the design calculations and check calculations, I completed all of the data, and draw out the engineering drawings. The article described the design process .In this article, I described the development and composition of the wind turbine first.And then,I introduced the function of the yaw speed reducer in the wind turbine as well as its development. Then, according to the design tasks and technical requirements,I designed the overall program. After determining the overall program, I finished the design calculations and check calculations of all parts of the yaw gear. Which mainly include the design and verification of the gear,The design and strength calculations of the planetary axle, The selection of the spline,The selection and life spanning of the bearings.Also designed the other pares and the box of the yaw gear,Finally completed all the design calculations.Keys:Wind turbine,Yaw speed reducer,Gear,Spline,Axis,Bearing
